Together, we’re shaping a world where everyone can live in peace and balance.

Our Vision

Stephanie Woelfle

Stephanie brings a lifetime passion for helping others. She is a Family & Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with 39 years experience in health care & wellness. Experiences included medical/surgical nursing, obstetrics, neonatal intensive care, home health, and faculty at a school of nursing. Her love of “hands on care” led to becoming a nurse practitioner and earning two national certifications. Most recently, she completed a Master’s Degree in Community Based Primary Health Care Programs in Global Health at Johns Hopkins University in 2020.  Acceptance into the Geneva International Center for Justice (GICJ) Junior Diplomatic Fellowship Program led to education in International Human Rights Law and Human Rights mechanisms. She attended & participated in the United Nations Human Rights Council, even giving an oral statement.

Other lifetime experiences included being a personal trainer, fitness & yoga instructor (owning a yoga studio), volunteering with the homeless population, survivors of sex-trafficking, and development of maternal child & mental health programs for both clients & providers (whom she believes are often overlooked). Stephanie supports a holistic approach to global health which includes multiple strategies to issues in the field. Being passionate about cultural immersion, this value guides her collaboration with people and organizations. With a focus on underserved communities, Stephanie has a special place in her heart for the people of Africa.

DIETER Woelfle

Dieter started working in the “label” business at a very young age, under the guidance of his father who owned the company. He worked every possible job, from the bottom up, earning workers’ respect and eventually becoming the CEO/Owner. Not being satisfied with “status quo", Dieter expanded the company internationally from a small town in Germany to production facilities in the USA and eventually China. After working 40 years, he sold the company and started doing consultant work. Dieter’s biggest strength is his combination of technical knowledge, business, and international culture/people management skills. He is familiar with all aspects of business start-up, growth, management, and eventual sale of a company on an international level.

Dieter enjoys brainstorming and helping start-up or young existing companies to be successful in the current global market. He served as a board member for a start-up company in Germany and currently serves on the board of an international software development company.

Dieter enjoys traveling and immersing himself in cultures with his wife, Stephanie. Together they want to meet locals and give back to each community they encounter, making small ripples that eventually lead to bigger waves of impact.

OUR GLOBAL HOLISTIC APPROACH

We love supporting organizations that we personally know and are actively involved with. For us, it’s not just about financial support—we also want to share our experience, skills, and time where they’re needed most.

We believe in building real connections with the people we help. That’s why we gravitate toward smaller organizations that are just starting out or growing—ones that are hands-on, impact-driven, and not weighed down by bureaucracy.

While we may not have vast financial resources, we do have big hearts and a deep commitment to making a difference. If our philosophy resonates with you, we’d love to connect. Reach out—we’re always open to a conversation.
